1. Order Processing

All guest posting and digital PR orders are processed instantly once payment is confirmed in your Xarwiz Wallet. You will receive a confirmation email and an Order ID immediately after placing the order.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Guest Post Orders: 3–7 business days for the publisher to review and publish.
• Express Orders (if available): 1–3 business days.
• Custom PR Campaigns: Timeline varies based on scope and publisher availability — agreed before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Method

All deliverables (live guest post links, screenshots, reports) are delivered digitally via your Xarwiz dashboard. Email notifications are sent once the order is complete.

4. Tracking Your Order

Track progress in real-time under My Orders in your dashboard. Status updates include: Pending Review, In Progress, Awaiting Approval, and Live.

5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Delays can occur due to publisher approval times, required revisions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified via dashboard and email with options to wait, switch publishers, or request a refund.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before publisher review begins. If your post is not approved and no alternative is agreed, a full refund will be issued to your Xarwiz Wallet.
