At Xarwiz, your satisfaction matters. However, since we provide digital marketing and guest posting services that involve time-bound partnerships with third-party publishers, our refund policy is governed by the following rules:

Non-refund Policy

We have a strict non-refund policy. Given the non-tangible and irreversible nature of our products and services, if a service or guest post link has been delivered, it will not be returned, and no refund will be issued. By purchasing any package, subscription plan, or sponsored guest post service from Xarwiz, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Although our policy is strictly non-refundable, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we review the situation individually, and any decision to issue a refund will be at our sole discretion.

NO REFUNDS Are Applicable in the Following Cases:

  • Publisher Shutdown: If a publisher shuts down their website, we are not liable for refunds related to published content. We have no control over third-party publisher actions.
  • Legal Issues: No refunds will be issued if a publisher receives a legal notice due to the content. Customers must ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Technical Performance: We are not responsible for performance issues such as availability, loading speed, indexing, hyperlink functionality, or formatting of third-party sites.

At Xarwiz, we are dedicated to ensuring fairness in every transaction. Our refund policy is enforced without exception.

Our Refund Policy

  • Unpublished Articles: If we cannot publish your article on your chosen site, you are entitled to a full refund minus any payment gateway fees. Alternatively, we may offer a similar site for publication, which you may accept or decline.
  • Refund Requests While Writing: If you cancel during the writing or review stage, you are eligible for a 50% refund. You will still receive the draft, can request edits, and retain full rights to the content.
  • Refund Requests While Publishing: Once you approve the article for publication, no refunds can be issued. Please review all content thoroughly before approval, including grammar, links, keywords, and contact details.

Processing Time for Refund

  • All refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
  • Credit Card: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • PayPal: Refunds are immediate once processed, depending on the payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Alternate accounts are not eligible.

Platform Fee Policy

Xarwiz operates on a zero-platform-fee model for both publishers and buyers. However, payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Refund Request

You can chat with us using the bubble at the bottom-right of our website or email support@xarwiz.com. Please include your order number and the email address used for the transaction.

Issues and Conflicts

If you feel the service delivered doesn’t match what was described, email us at support@xarwiz.com within 7 days of your order. Provide clear evidence. Only complaints supported with proof will be reviewed.

Each complaint will be reviewed individually, and Xarwiz reserves the right to accept or reject refund claims at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution

For unresolved disputes, escalate by emailing legal@xarwiz.com. We aim to resolve matters amicably.

International Users

International customers must ensure their own tax and refund compliance. Xarwiz are not responsible for delays in cross-border banking or refund processes.
